Brice and Eva are Belgian Tervuren and live in Minnesota. There is additional breed information on the "Belgian Breed Info" tab at the top of the page.

Princess Eva was born December 21, 2003 and is a shy little girl. Eva doesn't like loud noises and strangers. Her favorite things are bully sticks, knuckle bones, her tennis ball, going to the dog park and her daddy.

Eva's nicknames are Princess Eva, Princess and Baby Girl.


Brice was born January 30, 2007 and is a very outgoing confident boy. We haven't found anything that Brice doesn't like or do with enthusiasm. Brice's favorite things are food, snuggling with his momma, all toys, his Chuck-it flying squirrel and attention from everyone.

Brice's nicknames are Bricey, The Boy and Duke of Destruction.

Brice's registered name is M.A.J.I.C.'s Legacy of Love with Alpine. Brice did acquire six points toward his championship title during his short two month show career including being selected as Best of Breed at a show before he was 7 months old. He was retired from the show ring due to his bite was "off"(his teeth were no longer perfectly aligned) and was rehomed with a friend of his breeder to learn to be a service dog. However, he was too enthusiastic for that role and joined our family in June 2008.


The dynamics between Eva and Brice are interesting due to having very different personalities. They love to do zoomies in the backyard and he loves to clean her ears. Even if he has to hold her down to do it.
We are watched over from the Rainbow Bridge by Tasha (collie/husky) and Tia (collie/shepherd). Tia was only 5 years old when she passed to the bridge due to cancer in numerous organs and her bone marrow. Tasha was 10 years old when she passed. Her cancer had spread to her lungs and her journey is documented in the main blog pages.
